Support Engineer

32 hours Amsterdam Support

Help increase the value TIQ brings to leading law firms. You'll resolve technical questions, guide implementations, and be the trusted voice between our customers and product team.

Full-time Amsterdam / Hybrid Customer Success

Lead firm-wide rollouts from kickoff to go-live in 4–6 weeks. You'll scope integrations, configure OCG compliance, and make sure every fee-earner adopts TIQ with confidence.
