TIQ Messages: our sending domain.
If you received an email from tiqtime-messages.com and want to be certain it really came from us, you're in the right place.
We also send transactional email (invoices, notifications) from tiqtime-messages.com.
Why a separate domain?
TIQ Time sends two very different kinds of email. Conversations with our team come from tiqtime.com. Automated, system-generated messages — invoices, account notifications, and product alerts — are sent from a dedicated domain, tiqtime-messages.com.
Separating the two protects the reputation and deliverability of both. It is a standard practice, but it does mean you may see a sending domain you don't immediately recognise. This page exists so you can confirm it from the domain you already trust.
Verify it yourself via DNS
Both domains publish the same verification token as a DNS TXT record. Because only the owner of a domain can publish its DNS records, matching tokens on both domains prove that the same organisation controls both — and you can check this independently, without taking our word for it.
dig +short TXT verify.tiqtime.comdig +short TXT verify.tiqtime-messages.comBoth commands should return the identical token shown above. Any public DNS lookup tool works just as well.
What to expect from each domain
- tiqtime.com — our website and email from real people on our team
- tiqtime-messages.com — automated transactional email: invoices and notifications
- We will never ask for your password or payment details by email
Still unsure?
If an email looks suspicious, don't click anything in it. Forward it to support@tiqtime.com and we'll confirm whether it came from us.
