Implementation Consultant
Lead firm-wide rollouts from kickoff to go-live in 4-6 weeks. You'll scope integrations, configure OCG compliance, and make sure every fee-earner adopts TIQ with confidence.
About the role
As an Implementation Consultant, you own the rollout of TIQ Time at new and existing firms end to end, from the initial kickoff call through to a confident, firm-wide go-live. You'll work closely with each firm's IT and practice management teams to scope the integrations they need, configure Outside Counsel Guideline compliance for their matters, and guide fee-earners through adoption.
